This method primarily involves on-site work and is used for relatively large rooms. It is also possible to create new wall surfaces by erecting partitions in areas where there are no walls in the building. ●Magnetic Shield Case This is a smaller, box-shaped shield compared to the room. It is mainly used for measuring devices that utilize electron beams, such as electron microscopes, and is installed to completely cover the device, protecting it from external magnetic fields. It is self-supporting with an aluminum or stainless steel frame, and a permalloy magnetic shield is constructed.
